It’s simple; we are a family-owned restaurant that aims to connect with our neighbors by bringing a new dining experience in the same way ingredients are connected to the food.
 

Our concept is about the food and drink, of course. But it is also about our family, our team that shows up for us every day, our facilities, our practices, and the hundreds of decisions we make each day that affects our community around us. We believe it’s about finding a balance which allows us to sustain our purpose of farm-to-table and offering quality, consistent food while also giving back to our community and the environment by paying homage to the history of this historic building.
